You can combine up to ten different activities under one roof: karting, mini karting, Time Mission, axe throwing, interactive darts, karaoke, quiz game, arcade (40+ games), billiards and car expo, plus food, drinks and a 2,000m² rooftop terrace to unwind in between

Are the karaoke rooms private?

Yes, our three karaoke rooms are private, just for your group, booking is for a minimum of 4 people per room.

Are there discounts for groups, students, or birthdays?

When you book one of our activity packs, under-14s receive free arcade credits. Packs are also cheaper if you visit during off-peak hours.

Can a gift card be used for any activity?

Yes, it can even be used for catering or something like a balaclava, for example.

Can coaches load and unload on site?

Yes. Experience Factory Antwerp sits in an industrial zoning at Michiganstraat 1 in 2030 Antwerp, so coaches can load and unload at the entrance without restriction. The covered car park adjoins the venue directly and has more than 200 spaces, so no shuttle is needed.

Can I book a karaoke room without doing other activities?

Yes, very activity here can be booked on its own or combined with others, so yes, you can come just for karaoke.

Can I brand the corporate event in my own company identity?

Yes. Experience Factory Antwerp sets the screen content entirely in your brand identity, replaces its own banners with yours and gives your brand a place in the Car Expo. Extra LED panels, sound or special effects are arranged on request.

Can I bring my own caterer to a private event?

Yes, external catering is possible for large private events. Please contact our events team at [email protected] to discuss the conditions and practical arrangements.

Can I bring my own kart, helmet, or equipment?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own equipment.

Can I buy a gift card for Experience Factory Antwerp?

Yes, you have two options: a physical gift card, available on site or via www.racing-fashion.com, or an e-gift card delivered straight to your email that you can print at home.

Can I buy an arcade credits pack (Discovery/Epic/Legendary)?

Yes, you can buy arcade credits on their own. Our activity packs, by contrast, bundle a mix of different activities, and they include arcade credits on us for children under 14.

Can I choose between karting and Time Mission in the 2.1 pack?

Yes. The 2.1 pack comes with two karting sessions of 14 minutes or with two hours of Time Mission, each time with a portion of nachos, for €49 per person. If you want to race, pick the 2.1 GP pack in Grand Prix format.

Can I combine a teambuilding or an event with food and drinks?

Yes. Experience Factory Antwerp has its own catering. Our group menus are served buffet-style as a three-course meal and start from € 48 per person. For a full day there are French Start, Meeting Break and Healthy Break for 4 to 100 people, and the Premium Lunch for 20 to 200. From 100 people we put together a tailored proposal, from a sushi stand to a food-truck festival. On arrival you choose an aperitif; drinks then run on account with a wristband, or as a package with an agreed budget, a start and end time and a chosen drinks category.

Can I combine a teambuilding with a meeting or presentation?

Yes. A teambuilding can be combined with a meeting, a briefing, a presentation, catering and drinks. For a meeting or briefing we have three fully enclosed private rooms; the largest measures 84 m² and seats 60 people theatre-style, with a 98 inch display. For a larger presentation there is the Podium Area with a 6.5 by 4 metre LED wall, or the Expo Hall for 450 people.

Can I combine Overdrive with a pack?

Overdrive is not part of a pack. You can drive a pack first and then book Overdrive as a standalone formula.

Can I display a car for a single evening?

We work in monthly blocks. Delivery and installation carry fixed costs, so a one-night display is not something we offer.

Can I eat and drink at Experience Factory Antwerp?

Yes, you can eat and drink on site. Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed (still water is the only exception).

Can I hire Experience Factory Antwerp exclusively for my company?

Yes. With an exclusive hire you get every zone, the three private rooms and all the activities for up to 750 guests. It is also the only way to have complete acoustic quiet across the whole floor. The rate is on request, with a separate rate for daytime hours and for evenings and weekends.

Can I launch a new model at Experience Factory?

Yes. Talk to us about the date and the format you have in mind.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Online bookings can’t be cancelled. However, if you let us know far enough in advance, so we’re not needlessly blocking the slot for other guests, we can usually modify your booking. You can find our general terms and conditions of sale here

Can I organize a corporate event or teambuilding at Experience Factory Antwerp?

Yes. Experience Factory Antwerp is designed for corporate events and team buildings, for groups from a handful of people up to 750, with a tailored programme (activities, catering, and a fully enclosed private room for your briefing or meeting) and a free, no-obligation quote.

Can I use my Experience ID at Experience Factory Eupen?

Yes. The same Experience ID works at Experience Factory Antwerp and at Experience Factory Eupen, so you do not create a second profile when you visit the other venue. Your wallet credit follows you too: you can top up at one venue and spend it at the other.

Can our group have a private space for a bachelor party?

Yes. The three karaoke rooms and the Quiz Room are private to your group for the whole slot. For a seated moment, a briefing or a surprise there are also three fully enclosed private rooms of 84, 42 and 15 m², the largest seating 60 people theatre-style with a 98 inch display.

Can school or youth groups book a visit?

Yes, hanks to its wide range of activities and Time Mission in particular, schools and youth groups will find Experience Factory Antwerp both educational and fun, a great fit for group outings.

Can we bring our own birthday cake?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, and we charge €1.50 per person for the service and the use of our facilities. We also set up a decorated table for the birthday child. Apart from the cake, outside food and drinks are not allowed, still water excepted, because everything else is served on site.

Can we run breakout sessions in separate rooms?

Yes. Experience Factory Antwerp has three fully enclosed private rooms, for 60, 40 and 10 people, each with a 98 inch display. You can also work with smaller groups at the same time in the open zones, although there some sound from the zone next door is always audible.
